Mentoring
Services

“Mentoring is a skillful blend of encouragement, perspective, and patience.” — Kathy Kram.

Mentoring

Following an initial assessment meeting, we connect the client with one of our experienced mentors, considering factors such as personality, needs, and goals.

Our mentors work as constructive role models, encouraging their clients to develop independent living skills so they are confident for their future.

Smart goal setting

We are passionate about providing personalised strategies to mentor young people with complex behaviours. Our focus is to understand our client’s goals, ambitions and needs so we can collaborate with them to develop a comprehensive plan tailored to their needs.

Life skill goals

Kickstart will assist with getting a licence, Learning how to cook simple meals, and getting into a routine.

Vocational goals

Kickstart will help with writing up a CV, applying for jobs and applying for courses.

Health goals

Recreational Programs

We offer involvement in a range of recreational activities including kayaking, snorkelling mountain biking, fitness programs and more.

These programs provide an active outlet for young clients to achieve confidence-building goals. Recreational activities encourage an empowered mindset and the development of life skills through fun and hard work.
